We received input from 199 companies (127 public, 50 private, and 22 not-for-profit) that provided extensive information on expected pay outcomes for Fiscal 2019, projections for 2020, and incentive plan design. We also asked about a number of fundamental compensation philosophy positions, companies’ responses to tax reform, and gender pay equity issues.
